As well as having a clear set of KPIs that cover the areas that matter most to our customers, we’re committed to being open and transparent about how we’re performing.
We produce a quarterly report on customer satisfaction, repairs and complaints, which includes targets and actual figures. As well as celebrating strong performance, these reports also highlight where we need to improve.
