Our performance and Value for Money

Closely monitoring our performance through a range of key indicators is critical to our ability to provide the best possible homes and services to our customers. As well as providing reassurance that we remain on track to realise our strategic ambitions, it means we can identify when things aren’t on track and act quickly to resolve them.

Value for Money (VfM)

We’ve been working hard to ensure that Value for Money (VfM) is a key consideration in everything we do. Our Improving Lives strategy is underpinned by our approach to VfM, enabling us to deliver more new homes and provide excellent services to our customers.

Portfolio KPIs

We have clear set of KPIs that cover the areas that matter most to our customers and produce a quarterly report on customer satisfaction, repairs and complaints, which includes targets and actual figures.
