The impact we have
As well as delivering much needed affordable housing and a range of support services, we’re proud to play a key role in ensuring the communities we serve are places that enable people to flourish. We understand the crucial role that safe, secure and good quality housing has on people’s health and wellbeing. By working with our partners we have a responsibility to do everything we can to improve people’s lives.
Our customers
Gaining greater insight from our customers and improving their customer experience is one of our main aims.
We’ve bolstered our customer-first approach during 2022/23 with the appointment of several key roles, including Head of Customer Voice, Head of Repairs and Maintenance and Senior Manager of Complex Works.
Our people
We currently employ over 1,100 people.
During 2022, we enhanced the range of additional benefits that our colleagues can enjoy and did everything we could to support our people during the cost of living crisis, both in terms of salary increase and access to a range of support. We’ve also invested in recruitment and learning and development to ensure we attract the best possible talent and support our people to flourish.
Our communities
More than just building homes, we create and maintain communities.
Our Community Investment Team continues to provide services through a range of initiatives, such as support with employability and training, access to funding that helps people in crisis or those needing a little extra money to improve their garden, and our Neighbourhood Teams are committed to ensuring regular visibility within the communities we serve.
Our partners and investors
Working with others allows us to achieve and deliver more.
Our extensive development programme is a great example of what we can achieve with partners, enabling us to raise capital through long-term debt capital funding and shorter-term revolving credit facilities.
