We’ve worked hard to play our part in ending the housing crisis by building nearly 900 new homes during the year. Looking ahead, we plan to be one of the largest developers in the region – with an increased development programme of 1,000 homes each year. We’ll focus on family housing, predominantly social and affordable rent and low-cost home ownership.
